Westie Spring Thing - 14th March 2025, Budapest
Hosted in the same venue as Autumn Swing Challenge, Westie Spring Thing offers a really friendly event in a lovely city. Plus the venue has an amazing thermal spa. Great for a spring dance getaway.
King Swing - 21st March 2025, Kraków
In the historic city of Kraków, King Swing is a majestic event with a Knight’s Party and themed pro shows. The social dancing runs until breakfast with gorgeous views of the sun rising over the river from the ballroom.
UK WCS Champs - 28th March 2025, London
This year sees the return of the UK WCS Champs, run by new event directors Kevin & Aggie Town of Evolve Swing. With a great staff line up, and a very British themed hotel, we’re excited to be a part of it.
Detonation Dance - 25th April 2025, Manchester
Pretty much our home event, Detonation is a firm favourite and well attended by our community. Only an hour away from Leeds, Detonation Dance is an excellent choice for your first event.
Baltic Swing - 6th June 2025, Gdansk
For June, it’s back to Poland for some time in the sun at Baltic Swing. One of our absolute favourite events in a beautiful city, Baltic attracts dancers from all over Europe, and some of the best allstar competitions we’ve seen. Plus there’s even a beach party, what’s not to love?
Midland Swing Open - 26th September 2025, London
One of the longest running WSDC events in Europe, Midland Swing Open is an event attracting some excellent teachers and dancers.
Autumn Swing Challenge - 7th November, Budapest
We’ve been going to Autumn Swing Challenge for four years now, and it’s really become a favourite of ours. With a very friendly atmosphere, the thermal spa hotel, and direct flights from Leeds, it’s an easy choice.
Budafest 2026 - TBC January 2026, Budapest
Budafest needs no introduction, one of the biggest events in Europe with some of the best names in the business, Budafest is where the stuff of WCS Legend is made. Go for the weekend or the whole week, and completely immerse yourself in the world of West Coast Swing!
